Contest FAQs
Does my product qualify?
Products must be made in Alabama. The manufacturers’ headquarters does not need to be in Alabama. Products must be manufactured using a manufacturing process.
Do I have to be a member of Manufacture Alabama to submit a product?
No, you do not have to be a member of Manufacture Alabama to nominate a product.
How many products can I nominate?
There is no limit on the amount of products a person may nominate.
Can a company have multiple products in the competition?
Yes, but only one product per company can make it into the Top Eight.
Who can participate in voting?
Anyone can vote.
How will a company know that one of its products is nominated?
MA will notify a company when its product has been nominated and selected for eligibility in the first round.
How many times can I vote?
During the Popular Vote round, which will occur from March 10-13, you may vote for up to five products per day. In all other rounds, you may vote in each bracketed (head-to-head) contest once per day.
